We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed, and on the same day for orders placed by 2:30pm GMT Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays), using our next day delivery service. Please note that this is not a next day delivery guarantee as, especially in peak periods, business volumes may deem this impossible.

During busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally force-majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Gymphlex cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Delivery Addresses

The courier service we use requires a signature for proof of delivery. If you don’t think you’ll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address that would suit you better – for example, your work address.

The couriers will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.


We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delivery.

We hope that you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from our website. We allow up to 28 days from receipt of goods for items to be returned to us.

If items are unwanted they must be returned in an unworn and resalable condition.

If goods are faulty/damaged we are happy to either refund in full or exchange subject to stock availability.

All items which you wish to return must be returned in their original packaging (or equivalent) with their labels intact. Please include original paperwork and clearly mark as “Return for Refund”.

For your convenience there is a FREE returns label on the back of your original paperwork. Please attach this to the front of your parcel and take to your local post office – remember to get a proof of postage receipt.
